<p>The A41 Black Country Spine Road, which forms the northern boundary of the site provides dual carriageway access to junction 10 of the M6 motorway some 4 miles to the southeast and Birmingham City Centre beyond.</p>
<p><strong>Western Site</strong></p>
<p>Unit 1 – A single story steel portal framed unit with metal clad roof and brick elevations. The unit has high intensity lighting and two ceiling mounted gas fired radiant heaters and is accessed via a single roller shutter door to the front. The working height to the underside of haunch is 2.25 m. A hard standing forecourt provides parking to the front of the unit.</p>
<p>Units 2 – 6 A 6 bay single story building with corrugated asbestos sheet roof on light steel trusses with Georgian wired glazed lighting panels. The walls are brick construction with part corrugated asbestos sheet cladding and part corrugated metal cladding. Access is available to the unit via a series of electrically operated roller shutter doors with heating provided by way of gas radiant heaters and gas warm air blowers. Working heights to the underside of haunch range from 5.96m to 6.37m. A number of gantry cranes are also available within the unit up to a maximum capacity of 3.2 tons. Car parking is available to the front and side of the unit on the hard standing forecourt.</p>
<p><strong>Eastern Site</strong></p>
<p>The building comprises a series of single story industrial bays having a combination of brick, corrugated asbestos clad and profile metal clad elevations with corrugated asbestos and corrugated metal clad roofs on light steel trusses. Access to the building is through a number of roller shutter doors and gantry cranes are available in the majority of bays up to a maximum capacity of 8 ton. Heating is provided throughout by way of gas fired blowers and gas radiant heaters with lighting provided by way of high intensity fittings.</p>
<p>Some bays incorporate a change in floor level but most bays provide high bay accommodation on a single level. Working heights throughout the building range from 3.87m up to 8.94m.
