A residential redevelopment of a typical mixed use old Belgravia Mews was undertaken in a joint venture with Grosvenor Estates. The project, which completed in 2002, comprised one five storey and two four storey Georgian style houses fronting Wilton Street and, behind these, six three storey mews houses were built around a central paved courtyard with gated pedestrian street access.

As part of the project the complete refurbishment of an adjoining listed Georgian townhouse and its garden was carried out and linked into one of the mews houses. Secure basement car parking for the whole scheme was provided with car lift access from street level.
