The complete refurbishment and partial reconstruction of properties in a Belgravia Mews was the first joint venture completed with Grosvenor Estates.

Situated behind the Lanesborough Hotel, previously the St Georges Hospital on Hyde Park Corner, the mews comprised a mix of residential and commercial uses including a riding stables. All the buildings in the scheme were modernised and renovated and some had new accommodation added. The project was completed in 1998.
