The Group was established in 1993 and has built up a portfolio of industrial and warehouse property located in various locations throughout the UK, including Sheffield, the West Midlands and South East. The Management of the Groups portfolio is carried out at 24 Berkeley Square, London by Mountcity Investments Ltd, with offices also in Sheffield and Dudley.

The Group is also one of the leading data centre developers in the UK through its subsidiary Spire Technology and has completed and commissioned five new facilities in the past seven years.
