The facility is half let to COLT Telecommunications and fully commissioned to Tier 3 grade data centre space.

The remaining area is available to let with up to 6,320 sq m (68,000 sq ft) of raised floor space available for fit-out. The vacant area has an allocation of 17MVA @ 132kV.
