Native Land in a joint venture with Grosvenor and the Mountcity Group purchased the site in early 2012. The joint venture has made significant improvements to the scheme in careful consultation with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, most notably the relocation of the main entrance of the scheme to Chelsea Manor Street, the introduction of floor to ceiling windows and extensive improvements to the internal apartment layouts.

The scheme, located in prime central London just off the Kings Road, will comprise 25 luxury apartments with the benefit of extensive terraces or balconies, a private swimming pool and leisure facility along with 24 hour security and a fully concierged entrance lobby.
