Simon Everett, formerly Director of Investment at CB Richard Ellis, has joined Mountcity Investments Limited to expand and develop their existing UK portfolio.

“Mountcity have been a core client of mine for a number of years and it is a tremendously exciting prospect to join the team. We will be looking to expand the portfolio throughout the United Kingdom.” Simon commented.

He added “Whilst continuing to acquire and manage industrial and distribution properties we are also keen to look at other sectors and opportunities. We also want to build upon the successes we have had with joint ventures and development fundings”.
