Perspective
A residential development of 236 apartments created by conversion of the former MI6 office complex, and carried out in a joint venture with Crest Nicholson. Included in the development was the provision of 56 affordable housing units, which were sold to a Housing Association. Of the remaining 180 flats, five penthouses were built on top of the 21 storey tower building by adding two additional floors. These units enjoy a panoramic view over London, as do many of the other flats in the tower.
The project, which completed in 2003, also contains secure covered car parking in the basement and two levels above. Situated next to Lambeth North Underground station and close to Waterloo Train Station occupiers have easy access to all of London as well as to Continental Europe.
